Making holistic lifestyles a reality.

A place for heart, head & hands expression.

We have a vision to create a place for people to share visions and stories for a regenerative present-day and future. Everyday life is our ‘canvas’. the seven everyday life elements are our ‘paint brushes’:

1) wellbeing

2) biodiversity

3) conviviality

4) food & biodynamics

5) herbalism

6) natural building & crafts

7) storytelling & art

Our Beginning

Magical Farm took root over many years of learning, observation, research and project making. Emily & Yehuda co-founder’s completed several regenerative design projects in Australia & abroad. Then Emily reflected on her design practice through a PhD called “Con Viv: designing convivial food systems in everyday life”. This PhD work critiques the way everyday life has become so industrialised and Magical Farm is a response to take action and claim back commodified life in a joyous and convivial way. So we decided to create a place that can inspire and share knowledge and practical ways to claim back everyday life and embrace holism as a means to do this. Magical Farm was birthed!

The Magical Farm Project will grow over time, beginning with what you see here; organic food box service, aromatherapy products, flower essences and ‘retreat events’ to enliven our hearts, bodies, mind and spirit. Many workshops, courses, local food services and convivial events will follow…so stay tuned for this! Our farm is developing and we are very excited! Berries, fruits, vegetables and beautiful soil is all in progress.

We look forward to seeing you in the near future!

Our Dream

We are a heart-centered, hands-on and critically minded farm that has four main wishes:

  • run educational workshops and courses that enable holistic lifestyles such as living systems thinking philosophy, conviviality philosophy, natural building, food systems design, herbalism, local food project making and much more.

  • deliver services such as local food production and delivery, wellbeing classes such as fencing (inner warrior sword fighting), meditation, yoga and massage.

  • create products in our organic pantry and apothecary such as aromatherapy oils, herbs, flower essences, local food, local art and crafts.

  • infuse joy and conviviality into everything that we do.

we pay our respect to the Muwinina people who belong to the oldest continuing culture in the world and who cared deeply for this land for thousands of years. we are located on Melukerdee country. lutruwita, Tasmania
