Thank you to all of those who attended the Peach n Pear Convivial Harvest Dinner! Thank you to our main organisers project managers Kate Bulling and Liz Smith as well as head Chefs Chris & Kath Mason. Thank you to Edna for doing the entree, Tanya & Fam for the scrumptious pumpkin soup & berry-misu, Alida for the Artful salads, Liz Smith for the vegan choc-beetroot brownie desserts, Elsa Thorp Floristry for the beautiful table decorations and Laura, Frayer, Matt, Bec and Bert for kitchen support, photography, table decorating, setting up, etc etc etc. There is a lot involved in an event like this, so thank you again for a beautiful community-led event from all. The dinner was a great success also because of the amazing community support from nearly 60 adults and 15 children. Also, the Elwood Neighbourhood House supported us to host the event in a perfect setting. Gui Steiner gave us all an informative and fun tour of the Community Garden. Also, thank you to Greg Day for promoting our dinner in his weekly blog about St Kilda called TWISK. Thank you again to everyone who was involved.
